The Lyceum

The Lyceum is a beautifully restored 19th-century building in downtown Baton Rouge that has been reimagined as one of the city’s most characterful event venues. Original brick walls, iron columns, and hardwood floors anchor the interior with a sense of history, while modern lighting, climate control, and a polished bar add contemporary comfort.

The main hall features high ceilings and an open floor plan that accommodates up to 200 seated guests, and the adjacent courtyard garden provides an enchanting outdoor space for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or simply a breath of fresh air during the celebration. The venue works with preferred caterers who specialize in Louisiana cuisine, and the in-house bar team pours custom cocktails.
