The Chattanoogan Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Chattanoogan is the city's main conference hotel, sitting at the south end of Broad Street between downtown and the Southside. It carries 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space, the largest single block of it a 7,752-square-foot ballroom that takes groups of up to 500. Around the ballroom are five general session rooms, ten breakout rooms, a 16-seat executive boardroom, and an 85-seat amphitheater — a layout built for multi-track conferences but equally workable for a wedding with a rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch in separate rooms.

An outdoor courtyard gives receptions an open-air option, on-site parking is ample by downtown standards, and catering and AV run through the hotel. Quotes are handled through Hilton's event-request system or the hotel's sales office. The Chattanoogan is best for corporate conferences, large banquets, and reunions that need breakout space, in-house catering, and guest rooms in one building.
