The Sylvee

The Sylvee is a concert venue on South Livingston Street in Madison's Capitol East District, operated by FPC Live, that books private events between its public show calendar. The main floor offers an open layout with a full-service bar and an elevated stage; a second level adds Capitol views and private meeting space, with suites and the Club No. 7 lounge on the third level. Private functions run from 50 guests up to roughly 2,000 for receptions, 500 for banquets, and 880 in theater configuration, all backed by the house concert-grade sound and lighting.

An open catering policy allows outside food vendors, and the building includes four dressing rooms, a green room, elevator access, and ample restrooms — infrastructure built for large crowds. The industrial interior needs little decoration for a polished result. It is best suited to galas, corporate parties, brand launches, holiday events, and large receptions that want a production-ready room rather than a blank ballroom.
