The Cordelle

The Cordelle is a locally owned event property on Lindsley Avenue in the Rutledge Hill area just south of downtown, built around a late-1800s Victorian house. The grounds combine the original historic structure with a modern, airy Great Hall and the Lush Garden, a walled green courtyard that serves as an outdoor oasis in the middle of the city. Additional spaces include a Private Loft and a Bridal Suite, and the layout moves easily between seated dinners and standing receptions for up to 400 guests.

The Cordelle runs an open-vendor policy, letting clients bring in their own caterer, while bar service is curated through the venue.
